About Me
Half spanish and half swedish, I live in Spain since birth.
I speak fluent spanish, english and swedish.
I have a University degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
Most of my professional career has taken place in forefront multinationals. The last 20 years I worked in the Leadership and Development areas in a leading global retail company. I also have experience in consulting firms.
I strongly believe in the power of self awareness and self-leadership as a base for leading people and teams.
Weather they do it intentionally or not, leaders create the culture where their teams, and therefore the business, will flourish.... or not.
How aware are you as a leader?
Work with leaders with differen tools in order for them to gain self awareness, purpose and intention in their leadership.
The team is much greater than the sum of the individuals forming it, and it is also more complex. Working with the team with different tools contributes to the team evolving to a more effective and commited one.
